The radar has one inbox: contact@sistercasinoradar.com. It is read by the Radar Desk, not a ticket system.
What lands well
Corrections and sightings are the most valuable mail we get: a brand that has closed, a licence that has moved, a redirect that has changed, a sister list that no longer matches reality. Include the URL you saw and the date you saw it – those two details turn a tip into an entry in the registry. Suggestions for groups the radar should map next are also welcome.
What we cannot help with
We are not connected to any casino, so we cannot unlock accounts, chase withdrawals or resolve disputes – the effective route for those is the operator’s own complaints process, then its licensing regulator. Operators and their agencies should note that pages here are not editable by request and there is nothing to buy; mail asking otherwise goes unanswered.
Response times
Corrections that check out are usually reflected on the site within a few days, with the page’s verification date updated. Everything else gets a reply as time allows – the desk is small by design.
